12 month Warranty Return (Handset, Safety Glasses & Power cord)

Every Bondi Body Laser @ Home handset & power supply cord & Safety Glasses has a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. UK & EU PowerPoint adaptors & Bondi Beauty Bag are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You have 12 months from receipt of the order for replacement warranty application. If the handset, Power Cord or Safety Glasses is defective and you wish to return them for a new replacement handset, power cord & safety glasses, please email images or video of the faulty item along with your 4-digit order number to: returns@bondi-body.com 

If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have a right to a refund if you inform us within 30 days after the delivery date. Bondi Body Laser @ Home packaging & contents must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Packaging returned damaged, marked or dirty will not be eligible for a refund. Subject to the defect/fault verification, we will refund the price of the defective/faulty device along with the delivery charge. To begin the return process, we will require you to send a video of the issue and images showing the packaging is intact along with the 4-digit order number to: returns@bondi-body.com

Changed Your Mind - 30 Days

If you have changed your mind within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have a right to a refund of the purchase price. Bondi Body Laser @ Home must not have been opened or used. Subject to the return verification, refunds are to the purchase price. The exterior plastic wrapping must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Orders returned opened will not be accepted. To begin the returns process, please send images showing the packaging is intact and the 4-digit order number to returns@bondi-body.com

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns.
Bondi Body Laser @ Home packaging & contents must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Packaging which arrives damaged, marked, or dirty will not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend you send any returns using track/signed.
Refunds are issued to the payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
