Refund policy

50-Day Returns: Faulty or Changed Your Mind

You have 50 days from the date of delivery (or attempted delivery) to return your purchase for a refund of the product price, whether the item is faulty or you have simply changed your mind.

This applies to the Bondi Body V2 IPL Laser (including the V2 for Men and V2 Skin Rejuvenation), the Bondi Body Mini IPL, the LED Face Mask and the LED Face Neck Chest Mask.

Other products (Dermaplane device, Dermaplane blades, Cryo Facial Sticks and the Beach Tote) can also be returned within 50 days of delivery if unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened blades cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

  • Email returns@bondi-body.com within 50 days of delivery with your order number.
  • Faulty item: please include a short video or photos showing the fault.
  • Changed your mind: please include photos of the outer packaging (front, back and sides), the inner packaging and all contents (device, safety glasses where supplied, power cord, plug adaptors, user manual and bag).
  • We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Condition of returns

  • Return the item with all original packaging, accessories and the user manual.
  • Packaging and contents must not be damaged, marked or dirty.
  • Refunds are subject to our return inspection.

Bondi Body reserves the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where the packaging or contents arrive damaged, marked or dirty. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@bondi-body.com.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. If your item is faulty, please contact us before sending it back. We strongly recommend a tracked and signed-for service, as we cannot refund returns lost in transit.

12-Month Warranty

Every Bondi Body device comes with a 12-month warranty from delivery. If the device, power cord or safety glasses become faulty within 12 months, email photos or a video of the fault with your order number to returns@bondi-body.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Warranty notice: our warranty and returns only apply to products bought directly from Bondi Body or our authorised retailers. Products bought from third-party sellers, including eBay, Amazon or private resellers, are not covered.

European Union orders

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Our 50-day returns still apply.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 50-day returns are in addition to those rights.
