(Warranty & Changed your mind)

Due to several factors results will vary greatly from person to person including; skin tone, hair colour, hair growth cycles, frequency of use, and the way your body responds to IPL.

12 month Warranty Return (Handset, Safety Glasses & Power cord)

Every Bondi Laser @ Home handset & power supply cord has a 12-month manufacturers warranty. Safety Glasses, powerpoint adaptors & Bondi Beauty Bag are not covered in the manufacturers warranty. You have 12 months from the date of receipt to process a warranty application. If your product is defective and you wish to return it send us a short film of the handset not working. You can do this by emailing: returns@bondi-body.com In the unlikely event, the handset requires replacing, you will need to send the defective device back. Once this has been received we will send out a replacement device and refund you for the cost of the return postage. This will be refunded back to the order payment credit card. Every Bondi Laser @ Home handset & power supply cord & Safety Glasses has a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. UK & EU PowerPoint adaptors & Bondi Beauty Bag are not covered in the manufacturer’s warranty. You have 12 months from the date of receipt to process a replacement warranty application. If the handset, Power Cord or Safety Glasses is defective and you wish to return it for a new replacement handset, power cord & safety glasses, you can do this by emailing: returns@bondi-body.com with your 4-digit order number.

If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have a right to a refund if you inform us within 30 days after the date of delivery. Subject to the defect/fault verification, we will refund the price of the defective/faulty device along with the delivery charge. You can do this by emailing: returns@bondi-body.com with your 4-digit order number.

Please note the following:
Bondi Laser @ Home packaging & contents must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Packaging returned damaged, marked or dirty will not be eligible for a refund.

Bondi Body reserve the right to refuse any returns based on damaged, marked, dirty packaging & contents of all orders.

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have a right to a refund if you inform us within 30 days after the date of delivery. Subject to the returns verification, we will refund the price of the of the purchase price. Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns.
Bondi Laser @ Home packaging & contents must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Packaging returned damaged, marked or dirty will not be eligible for a refund.
We strongly recommend you send any returns using track/signed.
Refunds are issued to the payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF RETURNED GOODS / PACKAGING ARRIVE BACK DAMAGED. We strongly recommend any return orders done by using tracked & signed for.
