Place Cryo Sticks in the freezer up to 4 hours before use.
Make sure your skin is make-up free and clean. Use with a serum/oil/ or your daily moisturiser or without.
Hold the Cryo balls on the skin with medium pressure.
Start with the eyes. To reduce tired, puffy eyes, press the eye globes below & on the eyelids for 10 – 15 seconds.
Start in the centre of the face and move slowly out towards the ears with medium pressure. Repeat each movement 5 / 7 times.
