Reschedule/notify us you are running late: (SMS option preferred)
If you cancel/reschedule within 2 hours of your scheduled booking time, or run late & we cannot do your treatment, you will be charged the total cost of your treatment.

Our Qualifications
All Bondi & Tan Girls are NVQ Level 3 Qualified with 3 years salon experience. Girls are then technique trained to the ‘Bondi way’ for a further 3 months.

Running late? Need to Reschedule? Need to Cancel? Communication is key. Pls SMS 07450 201 856.
You will be asked to enter your debit/credit card details at the time of booking.
If you cancel, reschedule, or run late within 2 hours of your booking time, you will be charged the total cost of your treatment unless we can sell your treatment time.
Cancellation / Rescheduling / Running late – Our policy is strictly 2 hours notice from the scheduled treatment time. You will receive a reminder SMS 3 hours before your scheduled treatment time. You have 1 hour to cancel/reschedule.
Cancellation Policy – you will be charged the total amount of the treatment unless we can sell your treatment time.
Rescheduling policy – you will be charged the total amount of the treatment unless we can sell your treatment time.
Running late & you miss the treatment start time – you will be charged the total amount of the treatment unless we can sell your treatment time.
No Show – You will be charged the total amount of the treatment.
We run on 15 minute time allowances per treatment.
Our policy is not to make other clients late. To avoid disappointment please arrive early.
