How does LED light therapy work?
LED masks shine specific colours of light onto your skin. Each colour is absorbed at a different depth and helps your skin in a different way, from boosting collagen to calming breakouts. It’s gentle, painless and needs no downtime.

01
Light reaches the skin
Each colour of LED light reaches a different depth in the skin. It’s gentle: no heat, no UV and no downtime.
-
02
Skin cells respond
Red and near-infrared light are absorbed by the energy centres in your skin cells, helping them renew and support collagen. Blue light targets the bacteria behind breakouts.
-
03
Results build with regular use
Use for up to 15 minutes, 3–4 times a week. Most people notice a difference in 4–12 weeks, and regular use keeps the results going.
