12 month Warranty Return 

You have 12 months from receipt of the order for replacement warranty application. If the handset, Power Cord or Safety Glasses is defective and you wish to return them for a new replacement handset, power cord & safety glasses, please email images or video of the faulty item along with your order number to returns@bondi-body.com 

If you have identified a fault within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have a right to a refund if you inform us within 30 days after the delivery date. All contents with the original accessories and packaging must be completely intact. Subject to the defect/fault verification, we will refund the price of the defective/faulty device. To begin the return process, we will require you to send a video of the issue and images showing the packaging is intact along with the order number to returns@bondi-body.com.

Warranty Policy Notice

At Bondi Body, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. To ensure you receive the best possible service and support, please note that our warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Bondi Body or through our authorised retailers.

Products purchased from third-party sellers, including eBay, Amazon, or private resellers, are not covered under our warranty and are NOT be eligible for support or replacement.

For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing directly from our official website or approved stockists. If you have any questions regarding authorised sellers, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

Changed Your Mind - 30 Days

If you have changed your mind within 30 days of delivery of your purchase, you have the right to request a refund of the purchase price, subject to return verification.

To be eligible for a refund, the exterior plastic wrapping must remain completely intact and must not be damaged, marked, dirty, opened, or tampered with.

To begin the returns process, please email returns@bondi-body.com with your order number and clear images showing that the exterior packaging is fully intact.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Refund of the product purchase price only.
  • Packaging must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty).
  • The handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors, user manual, & Beauty bag must not be damaged, marked or dirty.
  • Orders must be returned in all Bondi Body original packaging.
  • To begin the returns process, please email images showing the exterior packaging (front, back and sides), interior packaging, Bondi Body handset, user manual, power cord, UK & EU plug adapters, and beauty bag, along with the order to returns@bondi-body.com
  • Refunds are subject to the onsite return verification process.

Orders must be returned within 50 days of the delivery date / attempted delivery date.

BondiBody Ltd reserves the right to refuse any returns based on damaged, marked, or dirty packaging and the contents of all orders.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns and import duties and taxes if applicable. 

Bondi Body Laser @ Home packaging & contents must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. Packaging which arrives damaged, marked, or dirty will not be eligible for a refund.

We strongly recommend you send any returns using track/signed.

Refunds are issued to the payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF RETURNED GOODS / PACKAGING ARRIVE BACK DAMAGED.

We strongly recommend any return orders be done using tracked & signed for. Returns which are lost in transit are not issued a refund or replaced. Bondi Body reserve the right to refuse any returns based on damaged, marked, dirty packaging & contents of all orders. 

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a product you receive is faultynot as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, provided you contact us within a reasonable time, 50 days from the date of delivery.

Please note, this does not apply to cases where the product is used outside of its intended use, where results may vary based on individual circumstances, or where the product is not faulty, but simply does not meet personal expectations.
