HOW TO USE

1. Freeze the Sticks: Upon receiving your facial sticks, place them in the freezer and keep them there at all times.

2. Prepare Your Skin: Apply a small amount of moisturiser or serum to your skin to allow for smoother movement.

3. Remove from Freezer: Take the Cryo Sticks out of the freezer when you're ready to use them.

4. Application: Start at the center of your face or neck and gently move the sticks outward toward the ears and shoulders.

5. Duration: Massage the face and neck with the Cryo Sticks for 3-10 minutes. Daily use or whenever you have the time.

6. Aftercare: Wipe the Cryo Sticks with a damp cloth after use and return them to the freezer.

How to use

  1. Place Cryo Sticks in the freezer up to 4 hours before use.
  2. Make sure your skin is make-up free and clean. Use with a serum/oil/ or your daily moisturiser or without.
  3. Hold the Cryo balls on the skin with medium pressure.
  4. Start with the eyes. To reduce tired, puffy eyes, press the eye globes below & on the eyelids for 10 – 15 seconds.
  5. Start in the centre of the face and move slowly out towards the ears with medium pressure. Repeat each movement 5 / 7 times.
